                Delegate Miller moves to amend Com. Sub. for HB4155 on page 2, section 3, line 3, following the word “article.” by inserting the following:

“The Commissioner of Labor shall determine if each applicant for new licenses and license renewal qualifies for employment under the E-Verify program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security and the United States Social Security Administration.”
